All-Round Rental, Tour & Guide Staff at Bella Cycling Crete

For our rental and tour shop in Stalida, Crete, we are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile team member with a passion for cycling, motorcycles and outdoor adventures.
You will combine customer service, rental operations, light technical work and tour guiding in an international and active working environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Renting out and handing over road bikes, mountain bikes, e-MTBs, e-bikes and motorcycles
• Advising customers about equipment, routes, riding conditions and safety
• Checking returned bikes and motorcycles for damage or technical issues
• Cleaning and preparing rental equipment
• Carrying out basic to intermediate maintenance and safety checks
• Guiding road cycling, MTB, e-MTB and motorcycle tours
• Assisting with reservations and basic administration
• Keeping the shop organised, safe and welcoming

What We Are Looking For

• A strong interest in road cycling, mountain biking and/or motorcycles
• Confident cycling and/or motorcycle riding skills
• A friendly, communicative and customer-focused attitude
• The ability to work independently and responsibly
• Flexible availability, including weekends and the high season
• Good command of English
• Dutch and/or German language skills are an advantage
• Technical or mechanical experience is a strong advantage
• A valid motorcycle licence, category A, is an advantage for guiding motorcycle tours
